This property lies in the beautiful village of La Heredia, which is comprised of unique Andalucian-style townhouses and villas. The village can be easily found from the coastal road (N-340) or the toll road (AP-7), and then by joining the Carretera de Ronda (N-397).
La Heredia occupies a hillside position, immediately overlooking Los Arqueros golf course, with extended, stunning views across the Costa del Sol as far as Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains, and even the Atlas Mountains, in Morocco.
Although there is a supermarket only 2 minutes drive away, within 6 or 7 minutes you find yourself in San Pedro, complete with all key amenities, including shops, restaurants and tapas bars.
Drive 10 minutes, or spend ~€12 on a cab, and you can be immersed in the international resort of Puerto Banus, complete with bars, fine restaurants, nightclubs and high-class boutiques.
Marbella is only 15 minutes away, where you can choose between the bustling ambience of the modern town, or the historic charm of the old town, not least amongst the restaurants around Plaza de Los Naranjos.
For the beachlover, you can be sat on your towel with your toes in the sand in as little as 10 minutes, either in San Pedro or in Puerto Banus.
And for the golf enthusiasts, there is an abundance of stunning and challenging courses within 15 or 20 minutes, such as Las Brisas, Aloha, Los Arqueros, EL Paraiso, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and many more. 

La Heredia is an international community, which has people living in the village all year round.
The more you spend time in the village, the more you marvel at the architectural masterpiece that La Heredia is, because despite its rustic, old-world Andalucian charm and appearance, it is a little over 20 years old. The houses are all individual and seem to have been carved out of the hillside in a random manner.
The winding cobbled streets and the hidden plazas and fountains make it a pleasure to amble your way around.
The village benefits from 2 communal swimmming pools, one of which is heated in the winter months, and the other that enjoys astonishing views across the Costa del Sol from the poolside terrace.
In the entrance plaza to La Heredia, you will find a pizzeria and bar - 'Picassitos' - adjacent to which is the excellent 'La Casita', a first class restaurant serving international cuisine and wines. 

The new owners have recently (end 2007) completely re-decorated the house both inside and out, and renewed many fixtures and fittings. The house has all but been completely re-appointed with quality furnishings to give a feel of luxury, as well as enjoying the addition of extra features, such as 2 LCD TVs, 2 DVD players and Wi-Fi Broadband.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
