The house is on a plot of 6600 square meters planted of all sorts of trees. It is fenced so once you close the gate, there is a total privacy. No noise at all as it is minimum 150 meters to the road, only the birds.
The closest village is Canillas de Albaida....
Just 300 meters away if you take a path that goes directly from the house to the village. The village has shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, chemist and a medical centre.

nicolaas says: "If you want a relaxing holiday this villa is ideal, Quiet location with breathtaking views . Rafael was very accommodating ensuring that all our needs were met. He even waited to greet us although we were delayed and didnt get to the villa until the early hours. The pool was very inviting each day as the weather was almost 40degrees, although with the mountain breeze it was very bearable. We had a barbeque a couple of evenings and ate al fresco, we were amazed that there didnt seem to be any mosquitos.We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children and although we didnt leave the villa other than to shop for supplies of water etc we were very very satified with our holiday and would highly recommend this villa-even though the mountain roads to villa can be very hairy at times "
