Entrance to the property is through a pretty gate and down a few steps to the upper terrace and main door. The salon,
on the ground floor, is furnished with comfortable leather sofas and television. A sliding door leads to the small but
well-equipped kitchen.

The attractive twin bedroom on the first floor has fitted wardrobes and doors to a private terrace with wonderful views. The en suite bathroom has a bath and shower attachment, bidet, WC and basin.

The second very nicely furnished bedroom is located on the lower ground floor. This bedroom has a television, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, bidet, WC and twin basins.

The final room on the lower ground floor is furnished with a dining table and chairs and has doors to the lower terrace
and inviting pool.

The lovely communal swimming pool in La Heredia measures 10m x 7m x 1.25-2.30m and there are plenty of sunbeds on the surrounding terrace.

The La Perla Cafe in Monte Mayor is open most days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Information about opening times and menus will be provided in the house when you arrive. Fax and internet services are available
 

A generous welcome hamper of provisions is provided for your arrival if your stay is for one week or more. Maid service and fresh towels are provided twice a week (please bring your own swimming towels). Fresh linen once a week. The cost of electricity is included in the rental price. Club la Perla staff will be happy to make golf, restaurant or excursion reservations, etc, without charge.
