This large 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom front line apartment in Estepona will comfortably sleep 6 persons .
The apartment consists of a spacious lounge and dining room that leads to the private south facing terrace via patio doors . The terrace offers fantastic un-interrupted views of del Cristo beach and the south spanish coastline all the way to Gibralter and the north African mountains .The master bedroom has a king size sleigh bed, arm chair, fitted wardrobes, 42" plasma TV, a safe, and fully marbled ensuite facilities. There is also a mirrored dressing area. The further two double bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and twin beds.With marble floors throughout and airconditioning/heating.
The lounge / diner has a dining room table with 6 chairs, a 3 seater sofa and a chaise lounge, 32" lcd TV and coffee table.
A small but fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, fan oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, smoothie maker, etc.
Sky+ tv in living room and sky tv in master bedroom.
The apartment is light and airy. Set in the popular marina bay complex with two pools and well maintained gardens.A private beach gate allows direct access to the blue flag del cristo beach. This beach has everything required for a great holiday, sun lounges,beachbars and resturants.
