The accommodation
This house sits neatly on the side of La Duquesa Golf and Country Club it has 3 spacious bedrooms which can sleep 6 people very comfortably and a large communal swimming pool which is shared between 9 other villas.
The Gardens
The house is surrounded by a Huge garden where you can relax under a palm tree in the sun or take a dip in the swimming pool whilst waiting for the BBQ the heat up. All the maintenance is done by professional gardeners who look after the pool area and generally keep the place looking its best at all times.
Living Room
The living room over looks the back garden and has 2 large patio doors which can let a very welcome cool breeze in through the summer months and It also has a large real open log fire for when it gets a little chilly on those winter nights. There is also a large television with English channels to relax in front of, and a bathroom so you don’t have to go to far when nature calls.
Dining Area
The dining area offers a large 6 seat dining table and has very nice views of the pool and gardens the perfect place for a those family Feasts or romantic meals.
Kitchen
The kitchen overlooks the swimming pool and front gardens and is fully equipped with the following: - Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Toaster, Microwave, Oven and Hob, Kettle and a full range of plates and cutlery it’s basically everything you need and more there will even be a welcome package waiting for you on arrival with all the basics to get you started. Unfortunately you have to bring your own wine.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a great view of the golf course, swimming pool and gardens
It has a large built in wardrobe a big double bed it also comes complete with its very own
en-suite which boasts a bath, toilet, bidet and sink area. This also over looks the pool and golf course and is very spacious.
Bedrooms 1 and 2
These bedrooms are identical to one another and have 2 single beds and large built in wardrobe. They are very light and airy and overlook the rear garden, Spanish hills and town houses and offer the perfect nights sleep for those who choose to!!!.
The General Area
The house is sounded by La Duquesa Golf Course and is approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the Porto La Duquesa there is a cab service that runs from the port all day and night, so after your lunch in one of the beautiful beach bars there’s no need to walk back you can simply take a taxi for around 5 Euros or £3 pounds.
