The apartment is newly refurbished to a very high standard and is spacious,airy and light.
The owners are near by and will help in any way possible.
The sittig room/ dining room is more than comfortable for 6 people.
There is a large family bathroom and an additional en suite accessed from the double bedroom.
A secound bedroom provides 2 single beds but an additional bed could be provided on request.
The kitchen is also very large and spacious it is fully fitted and leads ourt to a small outside space with seating and washing/drying facilities. 

Colmenar is a typical Spanish white village set in the heart of the Malaga mountains it is in fact the capital of Montes,the name translated means beehive and local honey is readily available.
The village is well stocked with bars,restaurants,butchers,fishmongers and small supermarket shops that seem to sell everything,
There are 2 banks,post office and even an internet cafe.
The local people are very friendly and welcoming and you will also see many goats,horses and mules.
This is truly a rural place but with stunning countryside.
 

Think of Colmenar like the centre of a wheel in any direction you are taken to wonders of Spain. Granada with its splendid Alhambra Palace,Antequerra a typical Moorish town with so many outstanding buildings.Seville the capital city of Andalucia just a two and half hour drive or a high speed train journey.
Then just chill out and walk in the mountains or local countryside and then home to a delightful meal and affordable prices in local bar or reastaurant.
In fact a holiday yopu will want to come back a true holiday
 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the main room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pets are allowed but we would request that they are not constant barkers in the case of dogs.Also that the owners do clean up after them.

Yes as the apartment is on one level from the street however not wheelchair accessible.The village itself is a little steep in places. 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a west facing patio area.

The apartment is right beside walking, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Close to the apartment you will find swimming, climbing, horse riding, a food shop.
