The villa is 5 minutes drive along Benalmadena Costa with its 'puerto marina' - a spectacular marina with excellent restaurants and bars that cater for a la carte cuisine and others that are ideal for family meals out. Around the marina are activities for the children and shops for mum and dad and for those that enjoy a late night the bars and clubs are plentiful. Taxi ranks are in abundance.

There are many sandy beaches along the coast, in fact 14 of them including 'Benalnatura' , Benalmadena's only official family naturist beach with a bar and restaurant.

Facilities along the coast include Paragliding, Water ski-ing, Jet-ski, Banana Boat etc.

The cable car at Benalmadena takes you up to the mountain top of Calamorro (724 meters). Other attractions in and around the area include Sea Life Aquarium, Tivoli World Amusement Park, Mijas Aqua Park and Go-karting, Fuengirola Zoo and Horse-riding at the Hipodromo Racecourse.

There are an abundance of golf courses near to the villa including Torrequebrada, the world famous Mijas course, La Cala Resort and Valderrama (host to the Ryder Cup in 1997). In total there are more than 60 golf courses on the Costa del Sol and they all have one thing in common - the fantastic sunny and dry climate allowing golfers to play all year round. Golf trips and associated agreements can be easily arranged.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Bedroom 2, 1 double sofa bed located in the Master Bedroom, 2 double bunk beds located in the Bedroom 3 4. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
