We offer accommodation for groups of friends, families and golfers in a two year old apartment situated in an elevated position just 1 km from the beautiful and secluded Puerto de la Duquesa halfway between Marbella/Puerto Banus and Gibraltar, both only 25 minutes away. It is surrounded by a full size 18 hole golf course. In just 15 minutes you can walk to the marina, bars, restaurants, shops and beach.

Our aim is to provide good quality accommodation at an affordable price and to provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your holiday.

Our modern fully fitted luxury apartment is located on the second floor with stunning views of the sea and port. The apartment has two bedrooms which together with an excellent sofa-bed can sleep up to six people; two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath, the other with a shower. The apartment has high quality marble floors throughout, is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) in all rooms, and has a well equipped kitchen, with cooker, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The fully fitted utility room has a washing machine. The lounge/dining room is well furnished with dining table for six, two sofas (one of which converts to a good quality double bed), TV with satellite UK channels, together with a DVD/CD Recorder System. Patio doors lead onto an extensive South West facing terrace equipped with table, recliner chairs and foot stools. There is adequate on site car parking and a underground car parking space.

Location: 1 km from the sea, beaches and port.
Maid Service: If you stay for two weeks there will be a linen change and a clean at the end of the first week. If you would like mid week cleaning it can be arranged on request at an additional charge.
Air Conditioning And Heating: In all rooms.
Kitchen: Well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, grill, 4 ring ceramic hob, full size oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender and full range of kitchen utensils.
Utility Area: Washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board.
Lounge/Dining Room: 2 sofas one of which converts into a double bed, wall units and coffee table. Dining table with seating for 6 people.
Entertainment: Satellite television(UK channels) together with a dvd/cd recorder and home entertainment system, with a selection of dvds and cds, board games, information, maps, books etc.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms; one with a full size Jacuzzi bath and the second with a shower. Bath/ hand towels provided. No swimming towels.
Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, sleep a maximum of 6 people*. Beds can either be made up into very comfortable super king doubles or singles because of the nature of the zip lock style of the beds. Bed linen and hair dryers provided. Built-in safe in master bedroom.
*Note: The apartment can accommodate 6 people, utilising a double sofa bed in the living room. Please inform us if this is to be used so that the relevant bed linen can be arranged. For more than 4 people, a small additional charge of £25 or 35 euros per person per week is made. Unless otherwise requested, the bedrooms will be set up as doubles.
Terrace: Large sunny southwest facing terrace overlooking the gardens and water feature. The terrace can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom and has extensive sea views. The terrace is furnished with table and 6 chairs/recliners and footstools.
Outside: Underground garage with an allocated parking space, garden, 3 swimming pools, 2 paddle tennis courts a children’s pool and play area and BBQ area.
Access: Access to the apartment can be made by lift or stairs.
Suitability: Children and long-term renters welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment and no pets are allowed.
Local Activities: There are opportunities to experience various activities locally.

The location of the apartment was selected very carefully, offering an ideal balance between the peace and tranquility of the complex and the lively bars and restaurants. 5 minutes walk from the apartment takes you to an attractive courtyard with a bar, restaurant, internet, cafe, DVD hire and some shops. A further 10 minutes walk takes you to Puerto de la Duquesa, known as the new Golden Mile on the Costa Del Sol, with a very attractive marina.

The Costa Del Sol in Southern Spain benefits from exceptionally good Mediterranean weather with an average of more than three hundred sunny days a year and can still be warm during the winter months of November to February.

The nearest beach spans both sides of the port on one side past the town of Sabinillas (20 min walk via the promenade) and on the other past the fishing hamlet of Castillo Duquesa. The Port has all the essential shops including a small supermarket, newsagent, internet cafe, and gift shop. Sabinillas has a wider variety of shops including four larger supermarkets. The resort of Estepona is a 10 minute drive away with its many shops, a large hypermarket, long promenade and sunny beach.
