Finca Gallega is situated in the foothills of the delightful village of Casares, it is about 10 minutes to the village and the same down to the coast.

The Finca consists of 2 cottages plus 2 extra bedrooms in independent buildings so is ideal for 2 families or a large group of friends holidaying together. It is a typical and charming Andalucian country property set in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings with lovely views in every direction taking in both the mountains and the sea.

The whole property is in the most idyllic setting with peace and tranquility all around, however at the same time it is not far down to the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol or you can head inland and explore some of the charming white villages.
 

The finca comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the in the main house. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The finca has 4 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The finca has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The finca is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The finca is right beside swimming.

Close to the finca you will find a beach, boat hire, walking, horse riding, golf, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the finca you will find a zoo.

Gill says: "A lovely finca in the mountains near the pretty white village of Casares. At night the skies are clear and full of stars, and when when we visited in August there was a warm breeze in the evenings, so it wasnt too hot to sleep but was still warm enough to swim in the pool at midnight if you felt like it! The finca is great for kids and teens as well as adults, with lots of space, a lovely pool and amazing views. The accommodation is fresh and clean with plenty of bath/shower rooms and a kitchen in each of the two separate finca areas. There are also two BBQ areas, where we cooked most evenings when we didnt eat out. There are some excellent restaurants within a short drive of the finca, some in spectacular settings. The finca is close to Casares for everyday shopping and half an hour or so from Estepona for the beach (which wasnt crowded even in August), marina and a good choice of shops and restaurants. Its an ideal base to explore the region and the white towns and villages like Ronda and Gaucin, and far enough from the busy Costa del Sol resorts if you want to avoid the crowds in summer, though still under an hours drive from the airport. We had lots of help from the friendly owner with airport transfers and car hire and an initial welcome pack of groceries, so arriving was very stress-free. We would highly recommend Finca Gallega for families/friends wanting privacy and peace and quiet but also a good choice of facilities and day trips within easy reach. We had a fantastic two weeks and would definitely go back!"
