In stunning location overlooking Lake Vinuela and Mountains. Casa Maroma is situated 15 minutes from the beach, and has amazing spectacular views of Lake Vinuela. The property is detached but divided into two. The top half has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a lounge/dining room and large open plan, modern kitchen, which has been recently installed. The lounge has a log burning fire and overhead integrated plasma TV. It opens out onto a huge terrace area, which overlooks the pool and lake. The lower part of the property consists of 1 bedroom and bathroom, a large lounge, dining and kitchen area, together with its own terrace and seating area for relaxing meals. The villa can be booked as a whole unit, sleeping 10, of just the three bedroom house, slepping 6. The prices advertised will be reduced by 250pounds per week for only the house.The pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing area, and boasts spectacular views across the lake and beyond to the mountains.There are 3 good restaurants within walking distance of the Villa, and an excellent modern shopping centre is just 10 minutes drive away.

 

Lake Viñuela is situated in the Axarquia region of Andalucia, where you will find many white-washed Spanish villages to explore. During the summer months many local fiestas are held in the surrounding villages. Here you can listen to the local bands and enjoy the often free wine, sangria and paella until the early hours of the morning. The whole are , whilst welcoming foreign visitors still retains the true Spanish atmosphere and holds on to spanish tradition. No burger bars here or kiss me quick hats!

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
