This well-positioned villa is detached and has good-sized family accommodation. The spacious hallway leads to a bright attractive lounge with a wood-burning fire, a leather suite seats 6 and is made up of a 3 and 2 seater and chair. The dining area has a large oval glass table with 6 chairs. A widescreen television complements the room with sky and dvd player. The room also has two ceiling fans.
Two double patio doors leading to the conservatory. In here is a smaller table for eating out with four chairs and a fridge for chilling your beers and wine. A further 3 wicker chairs and small wicker table make for easy lounging while listening to the CD player. A clothes airer, ironing board and iron are also here.
The kitchen is well fitted and has quality fixtures and fittings. An electric hob and fan oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, deep fat fryer, toaster, sandwich maker and plenty of pots, pans and utensils.
On the ground floor are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, and twin single beds.
The main bathroom on this level includes bath with shower, single sink, bidet and toilet.
A stairway leads to the first floor, with access to a quiet patio with lovely views over Alhaurrin at the front of the property.
The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in dressing area and ensuite bathroom, which has bath with shower, single sink and toilet and separate shower.
The bedroom has a King Size bed, TV and DVD player. A wall mounted air-conditioning unit is there for comfort as well as a ceiling fan. A further balcony has views to the rear of the property.
Under the house is a further large bathroom, ideal for getting changed or showering in the shower cubicle after a day in the pool with sink and toilet. Should you wish to be a bit more active there’s an exercise machine in there for your use.
A further utility room at the front of the house houses a washing machine and sink.

Outside is a large garden, which is totally secluded, and provides some shade from the sun under the palm trees. A clothes dryer is available there also.
A paved bathing area around the pool has loungers, a couple of teak chairs and table, a large table with accompanying chairs that seats 6 and a couple of large parasols. A large barbecue is also available to you.
Steps lead down to the orchard with a variety of fruit trees and if you fancy a gin and tonic or Tinto feel free to pick a fresh lemon from one of the trees.
There is parking available on the private drive but it is safe to park on the road as well.
The property is accessed by the front gate (visitors can be buzzed in from the intercom inside the house) and electric gates.
 

 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

DARRELL says: "The villa was spacious and well equipped - a home from home . The kids loved the availability of thier own TV/DVD in each of the 3 rooms plus the living room! The pool was really nice , kids definately enjoyed the pool toys that the owner , Steve made available to us. Air conditioning in the master room was appreciated during our hot August visit. Steve was very helpful and friendly. The property is within a group of other neighbouring villas , but good privacy was afforded, though we were mindful of being respectful to the neighbours re- noise."
