Our brand new apartment 2004Los Granados is a modern prestige apartment.The apartment is clean and spacious with on the beachside. There is a very large living / dining room with satellite TV, table & chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Within the community are well tended, mature tropical gardens incorporating lagoon style swimming pool, a children’s paddling section and ample areas for sunbathing. All of the facilities of Puerto de la Duquesa - blue flag beaches, a marina, many restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and a bank - are within eight minutes walk. A little way along the coast - but still within walking distance - is the traditional Spanish village of San Luis de Sabinillas with a good selection of supermarkets, shops and restaurants of all descriptions.

Beaches
There are a number of wonderful beaches near the apartments. To the left of the port, the beach goes all the way to Sabinillas Village and on the right, to the old village of Castillo de Manilva. The Sabinillas beach side has a number of watersport facilities and pedalos with a childrens play area next to the beach bar. to the right, the beach wends its way to Old Castillo and many kilometers beyond.

Restaurants
Puerto Duquesa is famous for its local cuisine, and this is supported by a number of fantastic restaurants and tapas bars in the area. We are truly spoilt for choice in the port. There are Italian, european, Spanish, indian, Chinese and even a carvery, all good quality restaurants. There are many Café bars on the waterfront so café society thrives. Watch the sun go down in the harbor, its wonderful.
Sabinillas village has many more restaurants and the Old Castillo has probably the finest fish resaurants on the south coast.

The Surrounding Area
Wonderful, sandy shorelines, coupled with adjacent rugged, mountain scenery, rich in history and wildlife. You are in La Duquesa! With many of its beaches displaying the coveted European Blue Flag for cleanliness and immensely proud of its nearby acclaimed medieval White Villages, La Duquesa is indeed, a gem! The Port of Duquesa, with it's tapas bars, yatchs and swaying palm trees, sits nestled into this coastline like a jewel in a crown.
Duquesa Golf and Country Club boasts an 18 hole golf course with wonderful sea and mountain views. And just along the coast lies the beautiful, charming old town of Estepona - only 10 minutes away. Skiing, winter and spring, is also available in Granada - only two hours away. Vibrant city life beckons twenty minutes away, in the ever fashionable, jet-setting Marbella, with its vast array of merchandise outlets, catering for even the most discernible of shoppers! There you will find El Corte Ingles, Spain's foremost department store. Explore the boutiques and intimate shops of the cobble-stoned Old Marbella quarter; they are a joy in themselves. Just outside Marbella the very impressive La Canada Mall, host to many of Spain's premier shops. Just prior to Marbella, and approaching from La Duquesa, is the renowned, international playground of Puerto Banus. Millionaires resort for the rich and famous, Banus, where luxurious yachts and limousines blend in effortlessly with Yves St. Lauren, Armani, and many others. There is something for everyone in the resort of Duquesa.

Travel
Duquesa is about 25 minutes from Gibraltar and 45 minutes from Malaga Airports. Flights from London take on average 2.5 hrs. Most visitors choose to rent cars to travel around the local area, and of course the apartment has its own garage space. The roads are good, and it is very easy to find your way around the wonderful places Duquesa and the costa Del Sol has to offer.  

 

 

The apartment comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, wind surfing.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find flying, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
