On the ground floor you will find the beautifully furnished lounge and dining area, with large flat screen TV, and sky satellite. The lounge is very spacious and leads on to a fully furnished terrace area, to be enjoyed by al fresco dining.
Along with the fully fitted kitchen is a laundry room and the 3rd bedroom with ground floor bathroom
Air conditioning is provided throughout the house and the living room features an open fireplace.
 

Within minutes of the serenity of the Spanish hills you will find facilities for both leisure and necessity. There is a bar/restaurant within walking distance which is highly recommended and four golf courses within a short drive. Nearby Elviria is a very quiet neighborhood, but has a thriving commercial area. Here you will find banks, a supermarket, a 24/7 convenience store (complete with own bakery), café (tapas) bars and plenty of fine restaurants of international cuisine. About 10 minutes drive is Elviria beach, one of the finest sandy beaches along the Marbella coastline, and stretches for miles in both directions.
Down on the beach at the Don Carlos Hotel you can also find the world famous Nikki Beach where you can join in with the worlds elite!!
 

If you want to travel a little further out, less that a 20 minute drive West you will find yourself in the exclusive Marbella City Centre. You can experience some Spanish culture whilst sat in the ‘Orange Square’ enjoying some tapas and Spanish sangria. For day trips the fantastic Fuengirola water park is recommended, suitable for people of all ages and great for cooling off in the summer. You could also head into the mountains to the beautiful town of Ronda, with its ancient bullring. It is one of the most historic villages in the south of Spain. Why not visit the Barbary Apes at the top of the Gibraltar Rock. This is only 1 hour away and is worth a visit, and possibly stop off at beautiful Estepona on the way. Estepona is home to the SELWO safari park - great for the children. If you are in the area during the winter months, within 2½ hours you can enjoy excellent snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada.
Historical cities such as Granada, Cordoba and Seville all make for very enjoyable days out.
 

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
