Each bedroom has two single beds and both have large wardrobes with ample hangers.
In addition to the family bathroom one bedroom has an en-suite shower-room including toilet.
There is a weekly change of sheets and towels.
Both bedrooms have a small terrace overlooking lush gardens.

The lounge has a south facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool which is fully equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers.

The kitchen is open-plan to the lounge and is fitted with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave & toaster.
There is ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils and an iron, ironing board and washing machine

All electricity is included and for your convenience and enjoyment there is:
Satellite TV which can receive BBC1 to Channel 5 / Sky Movies and Sky Sports channels together with a combined DVD player and Video recorder.
Electric cooling fans and radiators, if it turns chilly during the winter evenings.

There are numerous bars and the area boasts many fine restaurants to suit all tastes.
There is a selection of local shops with two hypermarkets within a short walking distance.

The beach is about 10 minutes walk and is reached by a footbridge.
Heading towards Estepona within 10 minutes drive is Selwo Animal Kingdom.

For sporting enthusiasts there is a bowling green and tennis courts and of course the area is renown for it’s many premium Golf courses - to mention just a few – El Paraiso, Los Arqueros, La Quinta, Valderrama, and Sotogrande - and so is an ideal base for the serious golfer.

Both Marbella & Puerto Banus are a shoppers paradise, but are also packed with world-class bars, clubs and restaurants, as well as a Casino. They can both be reached using the local bus service or can be driven to in 10 / 20 minutes respectively. The apartment is situated approximately half-way between Malaga and Gibraltar airports so there is a choice of which to use. The journey time is between 35 and 45 minutes.
If we have your flight details we can arrange for you to be picked up from the Airport or we will give you directions if you wish to hire a car.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
