This two-bed south facing apartment is located in a prime position overlooking the 8th hole of the Green Life Golf course. In addition to this par 3 course the 18 Hole course at Santa Maria is less the 5 mins by car with a further 4 courses within a 10 minute drive. Views to the Mediterranean can be enjoyed from the terrace, which in itself is an ideal place both to sunbathe and BBQ al fresco. The communal pool is only 70 meters away and has a plentiful supply of sun loungers.
 

Car hire is essential and has the added advantage of enabling you to explore the countryside, local towns and white villages (pueblos) which this area is famous for. 

The apartment comprises entrance hall leading to a spacious lounge/dining room with access to the south facing terrace with sea and golf views, archway leading to a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The two bedrooms lead off the hall as does the second bathroom, the master bedroom (double) has its own en suit bathroom.
Weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
