The house has been recently refurbished and is very modern and comfortable. There is British TV & hi-fi in the lounge and a separate fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and washing machine. It is convenient for local shops & attractions, it is situated on a hill, giving wonderful views of the town. A car is recommended, especially for those not wanting to walk uphill.
Local Area
The property is located in a quiet cul de sac in the very Spanish village of Caleta de Velez. The town of Torre del Mar is within walking distance and comes alive at night with many restaurants and cultural events in the summer.
The beach is a short walk away and there is much to do for the whole family. A car drive will take you into the mountains, to Granada to see the spectacular Alhambra Palace, to Nerja caves, to the historical Malaga old town or Gibraltar for its history and cheap goods

Gillian says: "The house sits on a very well maintained complex, it provides ample space for a family and provides all the necessary equipment for self catering. It is comfortable, all the bedrooms have air conditioning - especially useful in the summer season! It is at the top of a very steep hill and would not be recommended for those without a car or with restricted mobility, although there are great views from the balconies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend a visit."
