The complex is situated 5 minutes by car from the bustling town of Marbella and 20 minutes from the famous Puerto Banus where the nightlife is second to none. Located next to the beach these attractive well-finished apartments are ideal for those seeking sun, sand and relaxation. There is a supermarket near by to enable you to restock and an excellent beach bars. 

At the end of the road are situated two the best beach bar/restaurants around. Most visitors to the property get to know the staff on first name terms due to their friendly service and excellent food. The beach itself is excellet probably why Antonio Banderos has his house there. 

The air conditioned apartment comprises an entrance hall leading to the dining/lounge area from which patio doors lead to a small terrace overlooking the communal gardens, and pool. Access to the kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing M/c and dishwasher is adjacent to the dining area. The 2 twin bedrooms one with en suit and a full bathroom are also located off the entrance hallway. The apartment is equipped with TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's.
Weekly maid service and change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
