Only a few meters away is the Los Naranjos de Marbella 'Club-house' and social centre with its well renowned trendy brassiere (frequently by many well-known personalities), bar, mini supermarket, internet centre, serviced pool, numerous kiddies facilities such as bouncy castles etc, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts and central reception.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
