This clean and spacious Apartment comes fully equipped with Sky TV (with British channels), DVD player, stereo, & ceiling fans. It has beautiful marble floors throughout.

From the lounge a set of sliding patio doors leads to a terrace.The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes.The second bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes.The bathroom is fully tiled and fitted to a high standard.

The communal pools and Tropical gardens are very well maintained, the large swimming pool has a dedicated childrens' area. The tropical gardens are well stocked with a wide range of plants, shrubs and trees, well worth the walk to view the ponds, waterfalls and stream.

Outside the secure front gates are some small shops including a bakery, hairdressers, bank.

 

Close to all local amenities including, Paloma Park, which is a (free) large park with lake, animals and 3 bars which serve Drinks, Tapas and other snacks.
The Selwo Dolphinarium which is another park where you can see Dolphins, sea lions, penguins, crocodiles, snakes and exotic birds.

There are many Restaurents offering good food at resonable prices, (even with the price of the Euro) and also some bars, should you wish to have a drink after your meal.

Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, taxis and buses!
 

The apartment is a short walk away from the next town, Arroyo de la Miel which has its own restaurants and shops and also has a mainline railway station to Fuengirola and Malaga.
Benalmadena Port is a must see, it is a leisurely 15 minute walk along the paseo (promenade) and there you will find many restaurants, shops and of course boats, with regular boat trips to Malaga and Fuengirola.Sealife in the port offers a wide spectrum of sea life inhabiting the underwater “ruins” of Atlantis. There are also “touch pools” where children can handle crabs, starfish and tiny sharks, and a walk-through glass tunnel giving amazing views of 2 metre long sharks, morays and barracudas!

Benalmadena Pueblo, a Wonderful unspoilt white washed village, 10 minutes by taxi, (approx 9€) has many restaurents and sleepy bars and offers the most amazing views of Fuengirola and Malaga, and on a very clear day one can see Africa!. Also the 'Municipal Archaeological Museum' gathers, preserves and displays the rich prehistoric heritage of the area, and also to house a collection of Pre-Columbian artefacts from ancient South American civilisations.

The TeleCabina Cable Car (15 min walk) trip to the top of Monte Calamorro overlooking Benalmadena affords some of the best views on the coast. There are three look-out points once you get to the top and several trails for mountain-biking, trekking or walking your way down again.

For a family fun day out for all ages, visit Tivoli World (15 minute walk) Offering a thrilling funfair and attractions where children of all ages can ride, jump and fly to their heart’s content. There are also restaurants and live shows featuring the Teletubbies and the Tweenies, can-can dancing, flamenco, concerts and theatre.

Fuengirola has Selwo Zoo, plenty of Shops, and a marina.

Malaga, which is very easy to get to by unpacked trains, every 30 mins (approx €2, from Arroyo De La Miel, 15 min walk from the apartment) which offers City shopping, with sightseeing of its Gibralfaro Castle, Alcazaba, Cathedral, Picasso Museum, and much more. 

All rooms have electric oil filled heaters and ceiling fans. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Oven is a combi-microwave.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

Shirley says: "Myself, 11yr old daughter and my mum had an excellent time during our stay in July 2008. The apartment is in an excellent location. 5 mins from the beach. There is a supermarket, bakery, bank, hairdressers, places to eat nearby, even a McDonalds down the road. What more do you need!!!! Apartment has all the comfort of being a home from home, with the added bonus of the sun shining and palm trees swaying. We felt safe and secure, as you need keys to access building and to use the pool, which we virtually had to ourselves some days. There was a lifeguard on duty too. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend this apartment to friends and family. We would certainly stay here again. Thank you to Andy and John for making our holiday a memorable experience."
