This is a very rare, exclusive, completely detached cottage on one level comprising of 2 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite marble bathroom and 1 en-suite marble shower room, a few metres from the sea and with very famous neighbours and multi-million pound villas and estates. There is central heating, air-conditioning, complete package Sky Plus system and Plasma TV in lounge and main bedroom. There is a fully equipped galley kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided and the cottage is professionally cleaned once a week. There are also table and chair facilities outside in the small private garden belonging to the cottage. The cottage benefits from a reverse osmosis water system (special filtration system) which produces the purest water in the world, so there is no need to buy bottled water!

The cottage is the totally separate annex to the small style stately home approximately 40 metres away and guests will be invited up to the main residence for drinks, when possible. The main villa was built in the late 1800's and the cottage has always been used by guests and friends of the owners.

There are more than 50 restaurants and beach bars within 600 metres, lovely quiet beach just at the end of the road, tennis club and golf course just over the road. Puerto Banus and Marbella are only 8-15 minutes away respectively, Estepona Port 8-10 minutes, Gibraltar 30 minutes and Malaga airport 40 minutes and the biggest safari park in Europe Selwo, is less than 10 minutes away. In addition, there is a water park 30 minutes away, ski resort Sierra Nevada 90 minutes away and historical mountain villages, Ronda 30-40 minutes, Casares 25 minutes and Mijas 30 minutes away respectively. This really is a truly lovely, romantic and wonderful location!  

You can use the lovely private swimming pool belonging to the main house until 6.00 pm each day. After that time the pool is cleaned and ready for your use the next day. There is also a swimming pool available for your use at the Beach Club, which is approximately 80 metres walk from the cottage. Use of the pool is free.

 

The 2 single beds can be joined to make a double bed, if preferred. Double bedroom has a very large walk-in wardrobe, approx 6 feet deep, with drawer space. Twin bedroom has a run of fitted wardrobes and drawer space. Earliest arrival time is 12 midday and departure time on leaving day 9 am. These times are flexible by prior arrangement.

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the cottage cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cottage has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area.

The cottage is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the cottage you will find climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find wind surfing, flying, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.
