From the lounge and master bedroom, the patio doors open up onto a large balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful and panoramic views of La Cala Golf down to the coastal resort of Fuengirola and as far as the Sierra de Malaga snow-capped mountains. From the second balcony enjoy watching golfers on the David Leadbetter Golfing range, or cross over the road and practise yourself! A self catering apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms, both can be made into twins to allow for 4 golfers. One bedroom has ‘en suite‘ facilities whilst the other is serviced by a large walk in shower and facilities. The comfortable and modern lounge/dining room has satellite T.V. showing the ’free to air’ channels and a music system. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers provided and a jacuzzi. The pool enjoys magnificent views to the mountains. For security this is an enclosed development, with underground parking and lift access to the front door of the apartment. A car is recommended. Los Altos is a quiet location, but it is only a 15 minute drive to the local fishing town of La Cala and more vibrant town of Fuengirola. Several golf courses are only a short drive away, or for the less energetic, enjoy watching golfers on the David Leadbetter Golfing range opposite

 

Approximately 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. David Leadbetter Golf Academy is across the quiet road, La Cala Golf Club House and the La Cala Hotel are a few minutes away. There are several other golf courses, Mijas Golf, Alhaurin or Miraflores all within a 15 minute drive, making it and ideal venue for your golfing holiday. If you are thinking of a family holiday, then approximately 15 minutes drive from Los Altos apartments are the sleepy, fishing town of La Cala and the more vibrant town of Fuengirola, where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for all tastes. 

Aqua Parks, Go-karting, Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli World and many clean and safe beaches are all within a 15 minute drive. Selwo Wild Life Park is 45 minutes away, the exciting Crocodile Park and Selwo Marine Park are situated in Benalmadena about 20 minutes from the apartment. A trip to the duty free port of Gibraltar is 80 minutes by car. Or you can book excursions from Fuengirola where you can visit Alhambra Palace in Grenada or the historic cities of Seville or Cadiz.
 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views.

The apartment is right beside swimming, golf, tennis, a restaurant.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find scuba diving, a themepark.

Frank says: "The property was excellent apart from an non-operating AC. When notified of the problem a repair was attempted but not wholly successful. No-one made contact to ascertain whether we were pleased or otherwise about the situation. Some communication, whilst not resolving the issue, would have gone a long way in mitigating the situation. If the issue had not occurred I would rate the property 5 Star"

I am sorry the air conditioning did not work efficiently during your 7 night stay. Although promised immediately, the part for the repair did not arrive until after your departure. It is all up and working now ready for your next visit!
