Casa Carisma is situated between Almogía and Villanueva de la Concepción, 45 km to the north of Málaga. It is located in a small urbanisation of typical Spanish white villas, each with its own style and character. The villa is well situated and accessible through asphalted roads, this combined with its central location within Andalucia, makes it an excellent starting point for all kinds of trips. Casa Carisma is overlooking the surrounding hills and valley. The panoramic view is absolutely breathtaking and the sunrises and sunsets are magnificent. All this is even more accentuated by a beautiful garden (3000 m2) strewed with Mediterranean plants: agaves, parei, bougainvillea, cactuses, phoenix, …
Of all these things, you can enjoy from a big private south terrace (110 m2) with swimming pool (9m x 4m), so the sun is guaranteed the entire day. Beach chairs and garden furniture invite you to doze away, parasols bring you the necessary coolness together with a fresh dive in the swimming pool.
Outside a driveway brings you through the garden to the garage at the side of the house. Before the garage, there is a covered patio with access to the kitchen. Via the garage you can also access the courtyard at the backside of the villa. At the other side of the house the barbecue and its terrace will invite you to live through unforgettable moments together with your family and friends. This is just beside the swimming pool.
And if the weather would be a little bit less or when it would be a little bit cooler, the veranda will let you continue to enjoy warmly and cosy.
Via the veranda, you enter along the front door into the living room, first into the sitting area with a wood burning stove set in a fireplace. The dining room has furniture in old Flemish style, which feel very Spanish. This living room has air conditioning. Satellite TV with decoder, DVD, stereo take care of the necessary atmosphere and relaxation.
The rear side of the house lodge three bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, two bedrooms with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. There you will find also the large bathroom with bath, shower, lavabo, toilet and bidet.
Via the living room you enter into the kitchen, foreseen with all the modern comfort: gas hot plate, oven, dish washer, micro wave, toaster, washing machine and refrigerator. A second refrigerator, including freezer, is located in the garage. Via the kitchen you can go to the covered patio.
