The apartment is located on a lovely urbanisation with direct access from the apartment through the garden to one of the best beaches in Estepona, there are 2 beach bars on this beach with good eating facilities, from the terrace you have part sea views and you are west facing looking onto the garden area, communal pool and outdoor toilet facilities and shower, the beach is very safe and the water is very shallow so it is safe for young children.
Amenities
Walking distance to all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets will take you around 12 minutes, there is a bus stop very close to the urbanisation that runs on a regular basis if you do not wish to bring a car, everywhere is very flat so it makes it easy to walk, there is a good taxi service on the port which is very close to the apartment if you wish to venture further out.
Estepona has a lovely promenade and a very pretty town center which is still typically Spanish, there are plenty of shops and tapas bars in the back streets of the town, there are also plenty of different things going on throughout the summer months, in the Bullring there are concerts, fair grounds at certain times of the year, open air market on the port on a Sunday and Wednesday at the back of Estepona, sand sculpting on the beach, trampolines, Dolphin Trips, fishing, there is plenty for all the family to enjoy.
