Inside
All accommodation is situated on the first floor and comprises of a lounge with sofa, dining room suite and colour television. It also has a large fireplace. Leading off the lounge is a Double Bedroom with one double and one single bed plus a wardrobe. There is a door onto the large balcony where picturesque views can be seen. A further double bedroom with double bed complete with wardrobe and drawers also leading to a balcony. Finally there is a third double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The fully fitted bathroom is equipped with shower, bath, bidet and sink unit. The kitchen is also fully fitted with hob, fridge/freezer and an automatic washing machine.
Outside
The swimming pool which is bordered on one side by Banana trees measures 5 x 3 metres and is in full sunshine all day. The pool has its own shower but underneath there is a shower room complete with toilet alleviating the necessity to go back to the villa. At the front of the villa is a barbecue area and ample room for parking. The roof terrace, which is shaded by a wonderful grapevine, has the most magnificent views over the village and the mountains in the distance.
