A perfect location. This spacious & light air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is within 2 minutes walk of the village plaza, the post office, supermarket, and local bars/restaurants. The village is a traditional Andalucian white village, with pretty streets and plenty of quiet corners. There is an abundance of restaurants/bars, so is ideal for those who dont want to be bothered with driving in the evenings.

For those in search of more night life there are plenty of nightclubs and the port, all only a 10 minute taxi ride away.
The beach is also a 5 minute drive/ or 10 minute bus ride away along with various attractions: Tivoli Funfair, various water parks & sea world. So there is plenty to do if you dont want to lie around in the sun all day!  

An apartment with a south west facing balcony - ideal for afternoon/evening sun. It is situated on the second (top) floor, overlooking the swimming pool, with easy access to the roof terrace.

From the apartment and balcony there are views of the Sea, the mountains behind the village, and also the African coastline and Gibraltar on clear days. 

We have 2 other apartments within the same building. One sleeps 2 to 3 the other sleeps 5. For those of you who would like to travel in larger groups.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing balcony, sea views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find water skiing, wind surfing.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: We are regulars at this apartment and love it because it has the pool and the beach is only 5 mins in the car for the days we prefer to go down there. Everything is here in the village for our needs. A supermarket, small shops and a good choice of restaurants and bars, as we prefer to have a drink and not worry about driving. My husband has a bad knee so enjoys the village as it is reasonably flat up here with good views of the sea. We have already booked for next year! thanks Maureen Cobbler.
