The complex is situated 5 minutes by car from the bustling town of Marbella and 20 minutes from the famous Puerto Banus where the nightlife is second to none. Located next to the beach these attractive well-finished apartments are ideal for those seeking sun, sand and relaxation. There is a supermarket near by to enable you to restock and two excellent beach bars a short walk away. 

At the end of the road are situated two the best beach bar/restaurants around. Most visitors to the property get to know the staff on first name terms due to their friendly service and excellent food. The beach itself is excellet probably why Antonio Banderos has his house there. 

The air conditioned apartment comprises an entrance hall leading to the spacious dining/lounge area from which patio doors lead to a small terrace overlooking the communal gardens, and pool. Access to the kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing M/c and dishwasher is adjacent to the dining area. The 2 bedrooms one double with en suit and a full bathroom are located off lounge area. The apartment is equipped with TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's.
Weekly maid service and change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
