This makes it ideal for single shares or families. On the second floor the is the added benefit of a very sunny roof terrace. Los Naranjos de Marbella complex is a popular residential area, styled in the purest white, Andalucian village style. White washed walls, small squares, latticework balconies, quaint courtyards remind you of the quaint real Spain, together with ten lovely pools and tropical gardens makes for a wonderful, relaxing holiday-experience. This complex is ideally situated for all the famous golf courses around Marbella which are all within 15 minutes drive and is situated adjacent to the only 24 hour courses in the area 'Dama de Noche' and the Marbella Golf Academy. The house is attended to by our maid service, linen and towel change on the anniversary of the week. The complex benefits from an excellent ´Bistro´serving International & Fusion food from Breakfast to late, with loads of functions throughout the year. It has serviced pool and kiddies pool with a pool-side bar, tennis and padel courts and also offers a varied of different activities throughout the year. The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
