The apartment consists of an entrance hall, which opens into the lounge dining area off which leads the large south west facing terrace an ideal place for al fresco dining or watching the sun set while having drinks. The kitchen, located off the hall is fitted with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing M/c and dishwasher. Also from the hall access is gained to the double bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom and full bathroom. Cable TV and DVD is available in the property as well as air-conditioning throughout.
A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
 

A coffee machine is also available in the kitchen. The complex boasts 2 swimming pools which are available for all geusts both having private changing rooms and toilets. Within walking distance you will find a small retail outlet comprising 3 restaurants and a Deli for all your shopping needs.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Paul says: "Once again we really enjoyed our stay, will certainly be booking again next year. The views from the property were excellent as you would expect from being up the hill in Calahonda. However with the use of the hire car everything was in easy reach. The pool was a good size and never seemed to be that busy so the children were in their element. "
