This is a serviced villa including cleaning etc with an option of full provision of meals prepared with fresh food to an extremely high standard. There is a mpv with driver who will meet you at the airport and be available should you require transport.

Both bedrooms are huge, the master with a roman bath with overhead shower. The second master with ensuite and a separate 4 person jacuzzi. Both have walk in wardrobes. All floors are marble, as are the walls of the bathrooms. 

The villa is extremely well placed for visiting the night life of the Costas, for visiting different golf courses, for visiting museums and art galleries, trying different cultures and cuisines or simply relaxing. If your interest is horse riding this is available locally as are various exhibitions of Spanish riding. There are various castles and forts and roman ruins nearby and a 90 min drive gets you to the Alhambra.  

The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard whilst remaining a place of comfort. There is a dining room plus a dining table under a pergola on the terrace with great views.

There is a rural valley and arroyo with an abundance of bird life including small owls, parrots swifts swallows bobtails, hawks and the occasional eagle that is adjacent to, adjoining the terrace and overlooked by the property making it ideal for peace and quiet, relaxing and birdwatching whilst eating your meals under a pergola plus great sea views.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
