This very comfortable tastefully furnished apartment is situated on the secure and independent urbanisation of El Mirador del Rodeo. It is situated within walking distance to Puerto Banus and very close to the nearby towns of San Pedro, Marbella and Estepona.  

This superb 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. As you enter the apartment, there is a fully fitted kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. The washing machine is in the attached utility room.

The comfortable lounge/dining area is complete with three seater and two seater sofas, Sky satellite television, mini hi-fi system, coffee tables, dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes with a family bathroom next to it. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning/heating and radiators for the colder months. There is private underground parking with lift access to the apartment.

There is a terrace complete with garden furniture, which overlooks the pool area. The delightful pool area is surrounded by very pretty gardens.

Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included. A basic Welcome Pack is supplied for your convenience.

If you are not hiring a car, taxis are readily available and there is a very reliable bus service to all the local towns, i.e. Estepona, San Pedro, Marbella and Puerto Banus.

A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally (Pam or Steve) and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.  

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared selec t aspect swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, tennis, a sports center.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a museum, a zoo, a themepark.
