The villa is south facing enjoying all day sun and is accessed by private road 0.5km from main N340 at Almuñecar situated in the exclusive urbanisation of Cotobro .Just a short walk to the beach and 5 minutes drive to Almunecar where you will find many shops, banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
 

The cool, light and airy rooms are furnished to combine understated elegance with exceptional comfort, designed to make the most of the great views from all rooms. The lounge has leather sofas and additional chairs, an enclosed wood burning fire and french doors to the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, with built in appliances and granite worktops. There is a double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. There is a master bedroom with ensuite shower room, dressing area and french doors to the upper terrace. Two further bedrooms with twin beds and a family bathroom with separate shower cubicle. All rooms with fitted or ample wardrobes. 

Outside there are extensive safe and sunny terraces at both ground and upper floor levels make the most of the uninterrupted sea views and are perfect for sunny relaxation and ‘alfresco’ dining. There is a private swimming pool and BBQ. Dining table seating 8 people and sunloungers. Private parking for several cars 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
