The apartment comprises two main living area: a large sitting/dining room with glazed doors which lead onto a sizeable terrace with wonderful views into the vally and up to the Sierra Nevada. The Living Area and both bedrooms benefit from central heating and air conditioning.

Sitting/Dining Room
A large room of 23m2 with a dining table and seating for 6 and a sitting area with comfortable leather sofas. There are side tables, lamps and TV and DVD/CD player. There is a large opening to the kitchen which enables the chef of the day to stay fully in touch with what the rest of the party is doing. The sitting area has glazed doors onto the terrace with its lovely views. The whole is very light and airy. The floors are polished marble with rugs down during the winter. It is possible to accommodate the two extra full sized single beds in the sitting area or, if wished, one in each of the bedrooms. 

The Kitchen is off the hallway, with a large opening looking into the sitting/dining room, it has granite work surfaces and the appliances include a 4 burner ceramic hob, with built under oven and extractor over. A sizeable fridge/freezer, microwave and grill, dishwasher and washing machine. It is extensively equipped with pots, pans, toater, kettle, crockery, glassware and cutlery. 

Bedroom 1 is 13.7m2 with large twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Two windows face south with views to the mountains.

Bedroom 2 is 11.3m2. It also has large twin beds, bedside table, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room looks onto a courtyard.

Bedding comprises hypo allergenic pillows and duvets, 100% cottoen sheets, pillow cases and bedcovers. Floors are polished marble with bedside rugs. Fresh bedding is provided weekly.

It is possible to put an additional, full sized single bed into each bedroom, if wished. Alternatively these two twin beds may be placed in the sitting/dining room.

Each bathroom is fully tiled and comprises: Bath with shower over, glass shower door, loo, biget and wash basin. Each guest is suppliied with a bath towel and medium towel, plus there is a hand towel and bath mat, all of which are changed weekly.  

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the these are two single beds, not sofabeds. Positioning is flexible. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Lift access from the entrance lobby. There is one step only, which is from the sitting room out onto the terrace, this might make it difficult to access the terrace if in a wheelchair.
