In this tranquil area of natural beauty you are guaranteed to have a very enjoyable holiday. whether it is relaxing by one of the two community pools or simply sunbathing on the terrace. For the adventurous there are many outdoor activities to enjoy. situated on a hill a car is neccessary , although the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. 

Our villa is a very spacious 4 bedroom house with lovely views over the hills and surrounding countryside. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. satellite tv is in the villa so no need to miss those favourite programs. There are 2 full bathrooms and a seperate toilet so no need for queues !! On the terrace there is a BBQ and 4 sunloungers and in the front garden a lovely table and chairs to sit out and relax in the evening. all rooms are provided with fans for the summer months when it can get a bit hot. 

Almunecar is a typical Spanish resort which attracts lots of different nationalities. It is popular for its TAPAS which are little snacks orffered whn you buy a beer or wine in a bar. Almunecar has different things of interest such as the old castle., the bird park and also coming soon an aquarium, amongst other things. Nerja is only 20 mins drive away and a visit to the caves there is well worth a visit. also we have a natural park nestled high in the mountains with a vast range of animals , a definite must to visit. The aqua park is open during june through til september which is a 5 minute drive away. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, a zoo.

Paragliding also less than 15 mins away.
