The lounge area is an impressive 35 sq metres and patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a large private terrace with stunning sea and mountain views. The house is furnished to a high standard and is equipped with everything that the discerning customer would require.

It has a fully fitted kitchen and and dining area. The terrace is equipped with a barbeque and patio set, ideal for those warm summer evenings.

Two shared designer swimming pools are located a few yards from the house.Both pools are located in very relaxing settings, surrounded by tropical plants and with spectacular views sea and mountain views. Both pools are low occupation and there is no problem finding empty sun beds, even in August.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
