Our Studio flat has 30m2. It is located in the second floor of an old rebuilt house just in front of the old church of El Salvador, just in the center of the Albaicyn quarter. There are beautiful views all around, specially to the church, Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, Plaza Aliatar, Albaicyn and Sacromonte. (See pictures above).

You will find inside everything you need to have a very comfortable rest after visiting Granada or skiing in Sierra Nevada.

We accept single, couples and couples with 1 child.

We accept reserves from 1 night.

Equipment

· Two single beds which can be joined at one big bed. (An extra bed can be supplied if is required). All bed linen and duvets are supplied. Shelves, sofa and chair, coffee table and lamp. Air conditioned.

· A functional kitchen with a fridge, two electric fires, toaster, microwave and sink. Kitchen staff. Cutlery, mugs and glasses. Two tall chairs plus a table for meals.

· A Bathroom with shower, sink, mirror and WC. Soap, towels and toilet paper are supplied.

· A 12m2 terrace/solarium with a table and chairs.

Extras

· A laundry service is available if is required.

· Access to INTERNET (WI FI connection). Password will be supplied.

· Optional Continental breakfast from 8am to 10:30am.

· There is not Parking facility. Then you can leave your car in one of the parking available in the centre. We are happy to help you to find the best place for your car. Ask us for more information in your request form.

 

 

 

The room/studio comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The room/studio has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the room/studio cool.

The room/studio has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 3 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this room/studio.
