Located opposite the local viewing point and lighthouse, the property enjoys uninterrupted panoramic ocean views. A short stroll into town or to the beach, you won't need to use your car as all amenities are on your doorstep.
6 Clifton is a listed 3 storey Victiorian townhouse that is over 140 years old. The house has been lovingly restored over the years retaining many of its original features. The property is now being offered as a luxury self catering, holiday townhouse.
Accommodation comprises of 1 large master bedroom overlooking the ocean/lighthouse, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin (with bunk-beds), 1 single bedroom with sea views. A cot is also provided if required.
A large lounge and secret sun-room occupy the middle floor. This room boasts magnificent views and also offers the ideal evening retreat after a hard day on the beach. There is a large flat TV, DVD and Video players, plus multichannel Sky TV available.
On the ground floor there is a modern galley style kitchen opening on to a large family/dining area. All the seating in this area is strategically positioned to make the most of the stunning scenery.
At the very top of the house is a full size bathroom with electric shower/bath. There is also a w.c. on the upper ground floor.
Outside there is a large patio and private decking area making it ideal for dining whilst soaking up the sun and enjoying the breathtaking views.

Over the last few years Youghal has been enjoying numerous visits from touring pods of dolphins. 6 Clifton offers the best vantage point in town to enjoy these amazing creatures perform their tricks.
The town is just a short stroll away so there is no need to drive or for taxi's, its just 2 minutes walk to the nearest pub and restaurant. You can walk to all of Youghal's main town centre attractions within 5/10 minutes.
The nearest beach is a 1 minute walk away too, you are looking down upon it from the house. The main Strand (Blue Flag) beach is a 10 minute stroll along the promenade. There are secluded coves even closer with great rock pools to explore. To get to these you cross the road, walk 100 yards to the right and take the steps down the side of the lighthouse to the shore where you will also find a diving board and diving rocks.
Shopping - well you can stock up in the large supermarkets in town including Tesco and SuperValue. But there is a really well stocked minimarket just 2 minutes walk away, beside the nearest pub, and the nearest beach, and a large grassy park for the kids to run around.
