With an Italian designer kitchen and Mediterranean tiled bathrooms you are in the lap of luxury after your days activities. Relax and watch satellite TV with surround sound on the comfortable leather sofas, or have dinner at the stylish custom oak dining table. The real fire and underfloor central heating system, means you will not feel the cold if visiting out of season.

 

The townhouse has a traditionally Irish "scullery".... utility room, which has it's own entrance and where you can change out of wet/sea gear without needing to walk through the kitchen or lounge. There is also a WC and kitchen sink drainer here...... perhaps for cleaning those mackerel you caught earlier!
Upstairs the master bedroom has a magnificient shower ensuite, as well as views over the bay. The second double bedroom (with similar sea views), and third bedroom both share the main bathroom with jucuzzi bath, power shower, WC, basin etc. The third bedroom is a twin with bunks.. It can be easily used as a family bedroom.

 

Jib Luff at Inver Port, has sandy and rocky stretches of beach in front of it. The pier will enable your children to fish safely at high tide, and the concrete slipway makes launching your boat child's play. Why not dine alfresco and use the gas BBQ to cook the fish you caught earlier. The spacious grounds around Jib Luff enable you to take full advantage of the scenery and enjoy outdoor living in a safe and rewarding environment.
The area is one of natural beauty... the glorious scenery connects you to the natural charm of Ireland. Even if you do get a bit of drizzle and the tops of the local mountains are shrouded in mist, it is the rich palette of colours that continually tug at your senses. Absorb the fierce yellow gorse, pale green reeds standing to attention in the bogs and the dark brown trenches where peat has been dug. Watch the black horns of the sheep peeping over the dry stone walls and white gulls circling overhead. The silvery waterfalls cascade down the mountains whilst the sea provides us with continual white cusps of surf on the pristine sand beaches....perpetual memories. Even walking along the side roads to the little Spar shop or to the Pub where the river Eany enters Inver bay is an adventure in itself. Or launch your boat and sail or motor down to the pub at high tide, which has its own pier outside! Now that's called arriving in style!

Unlike many holiday rentals in the West of Ireland, you are not isolated. Donegal town and all it's facilites are only a 10 minute drive away. Here you have Banks, Pubs, two large supermarkets, internet cafe, many restaurants and take aways including Chinese, Indian and Italian. Whilst the thriving towns and cities of the Donegal area are a relatively new phenomenon, they still remain essentially Irish, with great eateries and a wide range of shops.

Safe parking for your own sailor trailer/ boat in our private parking area behind the house. Concrete slipway at the pier to assist launching etc.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the In the twin bedroom.. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find boat hire, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find tennis.
