THE DRIVE FROM BALLYCASTLE TO BELMULLET PASSES THROUGH ONE OF THE GREAT UNSPOILT UPLAND BOG WILDERNESS WITH ONLY SCATTERED SETTLEMENTS AND MILES OF MOUNTAINS AND BOG.

The country house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: We found the cottage very spacious and it had all mod cons,the new shower was a great addition to the large bath. Two of the bedrooms had their own sink and vanity units and the storage was great.The kitchen had a great view and a great dishwasher. At the back of the cottage there was a wonderful view over the sea and green valleys,great for lazing on a rug.We loved the village and the quaint shops and Marys bakery. The beach was within 1 mile of village and made an enjoyable walk.The Stella Maris has a great resteraunt and we were near the Ceide fields, and many other attractions like Foxford wollen mills and Museum of country life.Very friendly people, and great for golf and fishing
