Located in a priviledged site behind the landmark of the Communal Fountain, it is an ideal escape for a romantic couple or a family of four.It has been restored with exquisite details and is furnished with selected from Neoclassical Greece and paintings from well known Greek Artists.It is layed out in three levels, each separated with doors On the first level is the courtyard, the sitting room with kitchen corner and a bathroom. On the second is the bedroom with the second bathroom and an exit to the upper walkway and on the third level the top view terrace with splendid views to the sea.
 

The village, a very old settlement from Venetian times, has kept its historic character and is being rapidly renovated as a unique vacation resort. Surrouded by wild countryside, gigantic rock formations and natural spring waters, has been famous from past times for its healthy, dry climate.The location is ideal offering superb views to the sea, cool and dry microclima and proximity to sandy beaches of Eastern Crete. Sandy beaches extend either to the northeast (gulf of Mirabelo) or the southeast (Libyan Sea). At Kalo Chorio (ancient site "Istro") are found two of the most famous beaches of Crete with azure waters, "Voulisma" and "Agios Panteleimon", while east of Ierapetra extend kilometers of sandy beaches and small gulfs, among which the best are Agia Galini and Agia Fotia, Koutsounari etc. All beaches are supported by small restaurants with good inexpensive food. On the west side of Ierapetra the touristic village of Myrtos offers also a beautiful sandy beach with restaurant and shopping facilities.

The house is ideal for a couple and very romantic for honeymooners. There are two bathroom, one at each floor, and can accomodate up to 4 persons (preferably a couple with two children)

The country house comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
