The property is located on Northern Crete, 14 km south of Heraklion, the island’s capital. It is perched on a hillside near the village of Agios Myronas. The accommodation complex offers spectacular vistas of the Cretan Sea, Mount Youchtas (according to legends, Zeus’s birthplace), the Lassithi mountain range (snowcapped all year round), hills and valleys lush with vineyards and olive groves.

The village of Agios Myronas is built around ancient Rafkos, a settlement that flourished during the Minoan period (ca 1200 BC).

Our guests relax and enjoy the aesthetic environment and incomparable beauty of the surrounding nature. These are part of what we call mental, physical and dietary wellbeing. However, they are not the only ones.

The organization of wedding and christening events in the enchanting Greek Orthodox chapel of the Archangel Michael located beside the property. The hosting in the gardens of all kinds of birthday parties, anniversaries, celebrations, receptions and other social events for 400 seated or 700 standing guests.

We decided to abstain from selecting particular stylistic nuances for the design and decor of our suites. We opted for a stylistic approach that combines both modern and classic elements. All suites comprise furniture, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting/dinning room

Suites ranging up to 110m² with private balcony or spacious veranda, individually controlled heating and fire place, stereo CD Player, satellite TV (plasma, 20" LG) offering 1000 channels, safe deposit box, luxury bed-sheets, bathrobes and slippers, laptop computer and PC modem outlet, hydro-massage bathtub, garden (stretching to a total of 2200m²), individually controlled air-condition, direct dial telephone, fully equipped kitchen (for own use or private dinner prepared by our Chef), office desk, spacious wardrobes, ecological and anatomic mattresses and pillows mini bar.

The maid services the Suites daily for cleaning and change of linen.

The villa comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. . This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

There is room for 2 in the living room and 2 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, access to a shared north facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a east facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, a restaurant.
