Our villa consists of 2 floors above ground and a garage apartment. The two floors are 180 sq m living space without the multiple balconies. Each bedroom has its own balcony and so does the kitchen, dinning room and living room. The garden is walled and private, with plenty of lawn furniture and a charcoal BBQ.

The décor of this villa is absolutely outstanding. Beautiful tiled floors in the living room, dinning room, kitchen and family room, marble trimming and marble staircase, modern fireplace, sliding glass doors to the patios and garden. Gourmet kitchen, top of the line cabinetry brand new appliances, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave oven. More cutlery, glassware and dishware than you need. A walk-in pantry by the kitchen.

The family room can double as an office or a cozy place to watch TV or a quiet corner for reading and being away from it all! The living room has high ceilings, two huge leather couches, and entertainment center with satellite TV, CD, VCR . The dinning room is furnished with specially designed and built all wood dinning room table and hutch. Both rooms are adorned with crystal lighting fixtures and several authentic paintings and custom made curtains. There is a bathroom with shower close to the kitchen.

The upstairs is the bedroom floor with 3 bedrooms each with its own balcony and fully air conditioned. They all have high grade wood floors and built-in closets. The master bedroom has a TV, VCR player and walk-in closet. It also has a queen size bed with top of the line bedding. The master bathroom has a full size bathtub and shower combination. In the closet there is a good size washing machine and all the soap and cleaners and paper products one may need. There are plenty of towels and sheets for all including beach towels.
 

We are located at the exclusive community of Akrotiri, with the beautiful exlusive private villas by the famous beach of Kalathas, within a 10 minute walk (1.5 Km). The beach is world known for its fabulous underwater caves, perfect for scuba diving and snorkeling, a long sandy beach with water temperatures always inviting through out most of the year!

Near the city center the Public Garden awaits you next to the "Peace and Friendship of the people" park. The gardens are the prettiest in Crete, and also the public garden offers a small zoo with animals from Cretan fauna.

The Venetian port picturesque any time and season is attractive to visitors and locals, for it's beauty and for it's choices of entertainment for all tastes and demands. The old city "intramural" districts preserve their Venetian nobility. Narrow paved alleys are surrounded with tasteful renewed houses, from various ages, are offered for a pleasant walk. Many neoclassic houses are also saved in districts which "neighbor" with the city of Chania, like Halepa.

Just imagine over 2000 sq ft of a private villa, with three large bathrooms. Add to it, the sitting room, the open architecture living room, dinning room and kitchen , with several balconies and access to the private garden. The rental part fo the villa is two story high. The garage apartment is not for rent, unless negotiated wiht the owner, if more space is required.. Parking is plentiful outside the villa. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, skiing/snowboarding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.
