Anemos luxury pool villas are brand new villas in Crete , built with all luxury standards and they are decorated in modern style.
They are set on a hill-side on South Crete ( in an area protected by natura2000 ) with panoramic view of the Libyan sea, Paximadia and Gavdos islands ( the southern point of Europe)
Rates includes all facilities, 3 times per week cleaning and change , pool cleaning every three days. 

Each one is 112 sqms in size with two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Beside each villa there is its private swimming pool, 35 sqms, equipped with sun-beds, sunshades, garden shower .
Living room has a fireplace, satellite T.V. , DVD player, stereo Hi-Fi, air-condition, modern furniture and lights.
A fully equipped kitchen is next the living room � dish-washer , fridge, oven, etc, - and a dinning area.
On the ground level there is also a bedroom with iron-bed air-condition , satellite TV, a bathroom and a small store room with a washing machine , ironing board, are inside.
One terrace and a big balcony are on the disposal of the clients.
Through the stairs we are going to the first floor . It consist of two modern decorated bedrooms and a bathroom with Jacuzzi/bathtub. A huge balcony with panoramic view is in the front of the bedrooms, equipped with patio furniture.
All the rooms of the villas are oriented to the sea and from every window you can
enjoy the dramatic scenery of the area. The lacy coastline full of small beaches impels you to dive into the crystal clear water of the Libyan sea.
 

The nearest village is Rodakino ( 3 kms ) with kafenion, -tavern and supermarket. To fabulous beach of Korakas takes about 7-8 minutes drive. A wide variety of Taverns and some cafes are there . The distance from Rethymno town is 39 kms. From Heraklion airport 120km, and from Chania airport is 100 kms.
Lot of interesting places are in the area, like the Frangokastello-castle, the Preveli monastery, the Preveli palm-beach, the Kotsifou and Kourtalioti gorges, Chora Sfakion village Aradena gorge , the Krioneritis mountain, etc.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

"On e-mails with practical questions, we got accurate and quick answers from the owner. Excellent accommodation, all new an the view is dramatic, the house very clean and the rooms very well laid out. The size of the private swimming pool is pleasant. The house has several terraces, all with sea view. A car is needed. Price/quality ratio is accurate. Quiet area with a wide range of facilities, local restaurants (ask for Virgin Mary Taverna...) and supermarkets (a small one in Rodakino, shops of all kind in Plakias). Extraordinary landscape, crystal-clear sea (snorkeling around the rocks is nice as there are a lot of colored fishes), many of sand or pebbles beaches at small distance (some are desert). We used the rental as a base to travel to the main places of interest in Crete. We liked the fact that this area is far from mass tourism. The owner speaks very good English and gave us full attention to our material comfort."
