Villa Kaliviani is a stunning modern villa with a swimming pool, situated on a mountainside, 2 minutes drive outside of Kastelli Town. This villa is the perfect antidote to the stress of modern living. Furnished in a soothing palette of creams, azure and blues, it is both relaxing and simple on the eye whilst wonderfully complementing the surrounding mountain and sea views. Villa Kaliviani lies in half an acre of olive groves which produce our own organic olive oil.
Villa Kaliviani's charm lies in the fact that Kastelli Town is as yet still very untouched by commercial tourism, whilst at the same time supplying all amenities needed all year round. Relaxing by Villa Kaliviani's pool, your reveries are only disturbed by the sound of crickets and goats' bells. 

A car is essential at Villa Kaliviani, and within five minutes drive you will find a huge selection of beaches, restaurants (traditional and modern), bars, a beach-club, local shops, banks, Internet cafes, a local harbour, and ancient sites.
One of the most stunning Cretan beaches is a mere 15 minute drive away. The Venetian port of Chania lies 30 minutes to the east. Nearby there is also a huge water-park and go-karting for kids. 

The villa comprises of three floors, the lower ground floor having separate access making it an ideal arrangement for two families sharing.

Ground Floor:
Open plan kitchen, breakfast area for six, shower room, stairs to upper floor and French doors to extensive terrace.

Terrace:
Dining area for twelve, lounging area with sofas and loungers.

Upper Floor:
Two double bedrooms to the front with French doors onto the balcony where there are tables and chairs overlooking the sea. One bedroom has en-suite shower room. One twin-room overlooking mountains. One bathroom.

Lower Ground Floor:
Stairs from outside to lower ground-floor.
Entrance area with laundry, fridge-freezer, kettle, access to one double room with en-suite bathroom consisting large bath, walk-in shower. French doors to terrace with sofas, loungers, views of garden and sea.
Twin-room with en-suite shower room and French doors to terrace as before. 

Advise supervision for children due to the nature of the landscape. Pool is secure with safety-gates. Local pay-as-you-go mobiles are available for use with the villa. Bose docking station for iPods in the living area. Villa has panoramic views of sea and mountains.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, a themepark.
