This beautiful traditionally newly built stone villa set on the edge of the village of Prines is immaculate, extremely romantic in style, and very tastefully furnished. Its spacious cottage style interior can sleep 6 persons, having 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus 1 shower / WC.

Villa Anastasia is an ideal holiday retreat for those seeking relaxation. Its 800m garden with olive trees and lovely Cretan flowers provides a coll and refreshing atmosphere during the warm summer days. the property and its surroundings offer absolute privacy.

GROUND FLOOR: Off the patio, the front door opens into the spacious open plan living room and kitchen area with a corner fireplace, and stone corner seating area with cushions, rugs, coffee table, and in-built shelves with books and Satellite TV.

The gallery style kitchen is equipped with full size cooker, hob and large fridge freezer. There is also a wooden dining table and chairs. A tiny hall leads to two ground floor bedrooms, both with wrought iron beds and stylish antique furniture. Both have doors leading out onto a shared front terrace facing the gardens.

One bedroom has a double bed with a muslin mosquito net, and the other has twin beds. All windows have hand-made white lace curtains. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub with shower, wash basin, washing machine and WC. The villa covers an area of 120 sqm.

UPPER FLOOR: A staircase connects the ground floor living room to a spacious wooden floored sleeping gallery set under a beamed ceiling, with a double bed, an en-suite shower / WC and a small dressing room.

EXTERIOR & SURROUNDINGS: Outside the split level terraces, there is a comfortable furnished patio with a large 3-seat swing, with cushions and tent, a large marble table with extra seats and a stone built BBQ, set next to the swing. Stone and wood have been used to build the house and as for its interior, all curtains and carpets are hand-made and the materials used are natural.

The traditional old village of Prines has few little shops and a mini-market as well as some local traditional cafes. There is an excellent taverna in the village of Prines, 100m from Villa Anastasia. The nearest beach, Koubes beach, is approximately 4 km away, while the beach of Petres is 6 km away. The bustling big town of Rethymno, at 6 km distance, with its wide variety of tourist amenities is a 10 minute drive away.

THE SWIMMING POOL: The 32 sqm swimming pool has been placed in an area that ensures absolute privacy. Umbrellas and sunbeds are set nest to it and an external shower is at its one end. The view from the pool is lovely.

UPON ARRIVAL: a welcome basket with everything you will need for a rich Conntinental breakfast. As well as wine, bread, juice, fruits, tea and many other local products. 

Central heating and air-conditioning units all over the villa are available upon request. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.
