The villa has three good size bedrooms upstairs two of which lead out to a large balcony, there is also a bathroom upstairs with a washing machine.
Downstairs is a large lounge area with two sofa's, coffee table & TV also a dinning area and kitchen which is well equipped with all you will need for a self catering holiday, there is also a downstairs shower room with WC. Large patio doors lead out to the pool and patio area's. 

The villa has a pool with stairs leading into the water also a very large patio area to the side of the villa which a large wooded table, benches and sun umbrella. Also BBQ and sunbeds. 

The closest small shop is only 2 kms from the villa and the local taverna is only a few min's walk away. Large shops including Lidl is only 5 min's away by car and same distance to the nearest beach and restaurants.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the In the lounge. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Anne K. says: "And we were very well looked after by the couple in charge of the villa. Everything were nearly excellent.The villa is neat and practic and well equipped. Cant say we missed a thing. The only item was that it was a bit hard too find since we arrived late at night, and it was dark. But we only called the lady in charge, and she took the tour down the road to find us."
