Setting
The Tersanas Holiday Villas are located on a majestic 8000 square meter hilltop guaranteeing you with ultimate privacy and relaxation amidst the unspoilt nature of southern Crete in the Tersanas region. Only a pleasant half hour drive from Hania city and nearly twenty minutes away from Hania international airport.

Views
Tersanas Villas are unique holiday rental villas on the edge of a beaufiful hilltop offering romantic sunsets and views of Hania by night with thousands of lights far down below. The serene Tersanas views can be called extraordinairy and rare to be found anywhere in the world.
Holiday Bookings
All four types Tersanas Holiday Villas are represented by the Villa Lux rental organisation and are avaiable for rent starting January 2007.  

Livingroom
The interior in all Tersanas villas includes modern teak furniture to accommodate up to ten guests per villa. There is a luxury open kitchen with full equipment including a stocked ice-making American refrigerator on the ground floor level. The livingroom of each villa is equipped with a full entertainment system including modern plasma television, dvd player and wireless-internet. For your relaxation their is a two person 'day bed' in the livingroom as well.

Master Bedroom
The majestic airconditioned master bedroom in each Tersanas Holiday Villa is appointed on the first floor level with a plasma television and dvd entertainment system, a private bathroom including a spa bathtub, shower and private toilet.

Guest Bedrooms
Each Tersanas Holiday Villa has three double two-person bedrooms with airconditioning and a plasma television and dvd entertainment system, private bathrooms with private toilets and showers appointed on the ground floor level.

Included Services
All villas have washing and drying machines, cleaning and household services included so you don't have to worry about a thing while enjoying beautiful Crete. Even in case of a power blackout, Tersanas Villas are supplied with private back-up generator systems for your convenience.  

Swimmingpool
Each Tersanas Holiday Villa has it's own private lap pool from where you can enjoy the Greek sun and beautiful views.

Balconies
Tersanas Holiday Villas each have a 300 square meter balcony with a luxury outdoor grill and stylish outdoor teak furniture such as a big tableset for up to ten guests and a outdoor sofa. From the balcony you can enjoy unique views from Krete's sea and the mountains of the famous 'Zorbas' movie on the other side.

Sports
The Tersanas Holiday Villa Complex consists out of four private holiday villas wich have a shared proffesional Tenniscourt where you can enjoy your afternoon exercise with family and friends.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Anna says: "The villa was just as we expected, spacious and well-appointed. Its a stones throw away from Kalathas beach which is a beautiful beach. Michel, the villa manager, met us at the airport and was very helpful and accomodating with all our requests. My only other comment was that the pool is not a lounge pool, which means that it does not have a shallow end where you can sit and lounge in.. and because we brought small children, they could not swim around unless held by an adult. It was all 5 ft deep. There were a few things that did not work properly like the satellite TV and the drainage in some of the bathrooms but Michel had it serviced promptly. I would recommend this villa to a friend. Definitely value for money."
