About the Villa
The villa is new-built and luxuriously furnished to high standards and has swimming pool, patio, wide verandas and terraces and is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden.
The villa has four bedrooms, two bathrooms with Jacuzzi and two more with bath tub and shower, two living rooms and two separate kitchens.
The Living rooms are comfortable and equipped with brand-new sofas that can be converted into a double bed to sleep two more. All have LCD HD TV sets with satellite and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price).
Safes in each bedroom keep your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD HD TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge.
There are modern design bathrooms on each floor. Garden Villa has two bathrooms, the one with Jacuzzi. Sea View Villa has one bathroom with shower and one with Jacuzzi. Superior Villa has two bathrooms equipped with Jacuzzi, one with shower and one with bathtub.
Kitchens are fully equipped with cooker and oven, a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. There is also a cleaners room in each villa, equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing box.
If you require a catering service, there is an internal phone line to the nearby "Little House" restaurant, one of the best for traditional Greek cuisine in the region.
