In Paros Island Greece and in small village of Prodromos we build in 2005 three new holiday houses for 2 to 6 persons offering 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen area. They are all equipped with TV, air-condition, heating, telephone and have shaded verandas and a small garden. The area is quiet and is a few minutes away from the most popular beaches of the island and the Piso Livadi village which is famous for its fish tavernas by the sea shore. Ideal for families and for those who seek relaxing holidays with style.  

Our small complex of 3 houses, built like a traditional Cycladic village with its small gardens, offers one, 2-bedroom house for 4-6 persons 85 sq. meters and two houses 65 sq. meters with one bedroom for 2 - 4 persons. They also have a living-room, kitchen with dining area, double bedroom and an extra private bedroom. The living room opens to a private veranda with pergola. All houses have panoramic views. The kitchen is fully equipped, there's TV, telephone, air-condition, heating and cleaning service, linen / towels are provided and changed every 3 days.  

Our property located in Prodromos village which is on the south-east part of Paros, a 15-minute drive to the main port of Parikia and about 10 min. to the famous Naoussa village. In our area are the most beautiful and long beaches of the island in a few minutes' drive like Molos beach, Logaras beach, Pounda Beach, Golden Beach and many other smallers. Frequent bus schedules are in effect in the summer. The traditional annual fairs, like the Ascension Day at Piso Livadi, with seafood, wine and raki, where the local boys and girls don their traditional costumes, of St. John in late June, with the “burning of May” and satirical songs are worth attending. The village has mini-market, bakery and a public doctor, in the distance of 1,5 Km there is a shopping center, with super market, bakery, meet market, pharmacy, patisserie.  

The house comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

Smoking is allowed in this house.
