The fishing village of Bogaz is just five minutes drive away with plenty of local restaurants many of which offer live entertainment throughout the holiday season.
Bogaz is a very small village located on either side of the main road, there are some lovely restaurants, nice pub and local water sports available. The main town of Famagusta is about 20 minutes away by car, with plenty of restaurants and local shops. 

The apartment consists of a large lounge with comfortable seating with a sea facing balcony, which also overlooks two of the large pools. The balcony is furnished with patio furniture.
The lounge also has a TV with Digiturk satellite system, DVD player and a CD player.
There is a well equipped modern kitchen to the left of the lounge with a dining area for up to 6 people.
There are two bedrooms, the master is a double and has a large en-suite shower room and a small balcony with open views. The second bedroom is a twin room, both rooms have fitted wardrobes with ample storage space.
There is a family bathroom with a bath and over head shower. 

Ercan airport is only about 40 minutes away and transfers can be arranged by the owner or you can pick up your hire car from the airport.
Car hire, is recommended as the development is on the outskirts of the local village. This can be booked through the owner and the car can be delivered to the apartment or at the airport.
The owner can also arrange competetive flights. 

Furnished to a very high standard, this apartment offers you an excellent place from which to enjoy your stay in North Cyprus. The apartment is part of a complex of properties sharing three large communal pools and is set in landscaped gardens close to the beach and has a cafe/restaurant within the complex.
