The Magnificent Private Villa Havana is set in it's own exclusive secluded grounds with extensive terracing overlooking landscaped garden which boasts a very large private swimming pool. The wonderful large pool is fully illuminated and well equipped with sun lounges, beds, shades etc and with 2 private bars and changing rooms. The high walls with remote control iron gates ensures absolute privacy and our guests can be assured peace and tranquility enabling the perfect holiday without intrusion from the outside world.

The Luxury Villa Havana has 10 spacious high standard bedrooms including all en-suite bathrooms, with excellent facilities such as split air conditioning, luxurious bathrooms and several rooms having it's own large terraced balcony. The staircase, lounge, bathrooms, kitchen area and balconies are fully furnished in Italian marble. There is also a satellite TV in each bedroom and in the lounge area where our guests can relax and watch English and European channels.

 

VILLA HAVANA has been built with luxury in mind, from complete air-conditioning through to luxury ten bedrooms with all en-suite bathrooms and a fully catered and large kitchen able to cater upto 20 guests. There are also 2 large dining areas for relaxation and entertainment.

The ten spacious bedrooms are tastefully designed with all en-suites and all have split unit air-conditioning as well as luxury bathrooms.
 

Villa Havana is located in such a beautiful place that behind the villa, you have a great mountain view and from its spacious outdoor balconies you have a great view of the sea. The Villa offers many great facilities some of which include private pool & terrace bars, sports equipment including pool table and table tennis, garden furniture and remote control gates.

Villa Havana is only a short walk to local amenities and beaches and a 5 minutes drive to the lively Kyrenia harbour.

 

The Villa offers many extra facilities including very large swimming pool, remote control electronic gates at entrance of villa, 3 private bars on terrace and pool areas. The villa is situated in a beautful large landscaped garden ideal for relaxing and fruit picking.

The villa comprises 10 bedrooms in total; 7 double, 3 twin and 2 cots, 10 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the sitting area, 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 20 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 11 bathrooms and 11 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area (with heater), a balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
